Really the only way. Idk if running the shower and letting it steam works like they said, but that's always be the go-to if you really care like that.

I switched over to bongs and pipes and it can still get loud as fukk. So idk, your neighbors just gonna have to get used to it lol. Just don't act a fool or smoke outside on your porch if you know it upsets them. I really doubt a blunt in the front room or bedroom is affecting somebody in a totally different apartment that much unless you're being a nuisance also.

Also say hi to them and be friendly when you see them. People are way more forgiving about shyt like that if they know you're gonna be tripping or disruptive. But being friendly goes a long way.
