Here's my question, how hasn't Schobee been cut by now?

The decision to go for the first down in OT can ONLY be made if you've lost all confidence in your kicker, in which case he's gotta go. Not giving him a shot at redemption means you've given up on him and are prepared to move on. Schobbee still being on that roster solidifies that decision to go for it as a really shytty decision.
