The first article that I posted literally says “According to Justice Department data from the last five available years, around 60 to 75 percent of non-detained migrants have attended their immigration court proceedings. That’s determined by subtracting the percentage of judgments entered against migrants in their absence (known as an in absentia ruling) from total judgments entered.”

The majority of non-detained applicants show up for court. Those mental gymnastics are something else.
I conceded that point:dwillhuh:

I guess most do show up.
:hubie:You win.
:sas1:High crime/poverty still doesnt make one eligible for Asylum.
Do most show up for deportation when their request is denied?:sas1:
Approval hovers at around 30% if I remember correctly.

I don't know how to feel about it anymore man. On one hand, we just can't take in every single person that wants to come to America. We just can't. But on the other hand, when you actually have to look at these people, you feel like a dikkhead for telling them to go back to their violent poor third world countries.

black people get told to go to their crime ridden violent neighborhoods every day b, how do those people feel about that? do you think they sit around and discuss the plight of black people? are they dikkheads?
