Howie Roseman has never been good at drafting. He built the SB winning team with alot of free agent plug-in, that generally never works...it just so happened everyone he signed played well. Now his horrible drafting is coming to roost. He was just promoted to GM, He isnt going anywhere- anytime soon so how can this change- unless we get lucky
