I’m pretty new back to social media but from what I see Tik tok is kinda what you make it. It will just feed you what you like to watch. I have friends who get all kinds of informative things and not dancing and other joking stuff.

To add more specifically to your question, no it’s not just 15 seconds. Not sure the max length but it’s people doing “longer” content
