Ain’t that bad to just quit cold turkey? He’s gonna go thru mad withdrawals. It’s no different than cigarettes since they both got tar when it’s burnt.

Really the only withdrawal symptoms you feel are lack of sleep and maybe being a lil more irritable for a few days. As a longtime smoker who’s taken multiple breaks, that first 3-4 days can be rough but it’s gravy after that as long as you stay busy and don’t get bored

Your body is used to weed “nudging” you to fall asleep so it starts to not produce as much of the chemicals that make you get drowsy. It takes a couple days for it to realize that and adjust so those first few nights I always be up til like 3-4 in the morning for no fukking reason just laying in bed like

Once your body regulates itself tho it makes it way easier to not be tempted to smoke again til the end of your break

Granted I don’t smoke blunts like that, let alone like Snoop so I can’t speak on those effects
