He is on good terms with his wife, and all of his children. This is infinitely a different decision/situation than Prince. If Snoop dies his wife (who has been devoted to him for so many years through so much bullshyt) will get the money and will more than likely use it to take care of the children/grand children. Snoop has two kids who went to college, a daughter doing well as well. There is little to no dysfunction in his life.

From what I understand per the laws everything will go to his wife. The issue is when these entertainers have multiple ex wives and have multiple kids. Or have no wife and no kids.

Prince had no wife so then he shyt goes to the surviving child. But he had no child so then it goes to the siblings. As far as the death taxes the only way to avoid that shyt is to be married.

Even parents that leave their children life insurance have to pay death taxes on that shyt. The only way to avoid the taxes is having a spouse. The whole deal with the tax is for the government and state (remember we as Americans are property) is to tax an estate when that person dies because the wealth of the state is changing hands. There is no penalty if the dying person is married or if they send all their money to charity.

That is another reasons why all these wealthy folks set up a not for profit organization and then when they die in the will they send all the money to the not for profit organization they created. It is all about avoiding the death tax.
