He was an artist who Suge signed in 1996 that sounded and looked like him.
Well, They had beef until the early 00s. He's the person that Snoop is referring to in literally hundreds of songs as the person that's trying to bite him.
Partly why his album on No Limit was called, 'No Limit Top Dogg'.
Snoop retaliated by biting the name of the person who was biting him ironically and ruined his career.
The LBC Crew even threw a sneak diss at 2Pac after he died. Something along the lines of "winding up missing like 2Pac" -- I'm paraphrasing but one of them did say it. It may have been Tecneic but I'm not so sure why he would. I think I must of misheard which is what I'd like to believe.

I knew bout him going at Top Dogg biting ass....I interpret the last line as nikkas who listen and do as Suge as far as dissin folks or biting was suckas and in Pac fell in that line in his opinion (Pac goin at bad boy letting suge hype him up) which is way he is dead.....could be reaching
