Main difference is that there are WAY more people reporting PSN issues hence why I said "People are more vocal about it on PSN".

Again, the severity of these outages may last a bit longer on PSN if it's something critical but XBL isn't some perfect network where everything is peaches and cream.

It's not getting reports cause most of the time IT goes down he at a limited state where u can't see your friend list or some shyt. But it's still able to play the games
