Carageenan is sea moss to thicken it up, Cornstarch is also a thickener. All those thickeners are fillers. Corn syrup is a kind of sugar that is used to prevent large ice particles from forming making a smoother product. Regular sugar is for sweetness.
No idea what Disodium phosphate is or why it’s necessary. No idea what the bio engineered food ingredient is.

I make icecream all the time. If you want to make good home made ice cream you need more than 3 products. Below is the absolute bare minimum if you want a decent icecream, these 3 ingredients icecreams are bullshyt.
vanilla
milk
cream
sugar
salt
egg yolks
cornstarch


one of those ice creams is pure sugar too; more unhealthy than anything. the other one has more than 3 ingredients same as what i listed above but they made it look like like its not.
