I think it is. Just for the whole found footage style, and the way they blurred the line between reality and fiction. It had plenty of flaws, but it was actually well thought out for a "hood" flick

Snow on The Bluff was a good flick. But, there was a lost-footage flick that cameout in 2001 about a Teenage Blood gang member who carjacks some tourist and steals their camera and records his life in South Central.
