Big day for Lakers tomorrow in terms of watching other teams

Kings play Boston on the 2nd night of a back to back (hopefully an L), Warriors play Dallas (hopefully an L), Pelicans play Spurs and hopefully Wemby can play spoiler on a reeling Pels team, and Suns play Timberwolves

If the Kings and Pelicans continue their downward spiral we could potentially overtake the 7th or 8th spot.

As fans, we should be hoping that they somehow get in that 7th/8th range because it'll make things easier for us. In that scenario, we'd only need to win one play-in game to get the 7th seed.

If we stay in 9th place then we'll have to win two play-in games just to get the 8th seed and as great as we've been playing over the last week...idk I'm not soo confident in that situation because if we stay in the 9th position there's no room for error we'll need to win that game against (very much likely) Golden State.

Have to look at the Kings as 2 games back because they own the tiebreaker..have to end one game clear of them..the Pelicans are falling..now Zion has an injured shooting finger and no BI..the Lakers will catch them..best scenario Sac falls to 9..Lakers and Pels 7-8 no matter who has home court the Lakers will win and get the 7th seed..
And hopefully Denver finishes at 1..
