My dude Kanji I must say, I am liking the characters in this one over 3. And I loved 3.

so true. dude had a troubled life. lost his dad when he was young, the internal battle he has with his own sexuality, didn't fit in with guys his own age and was considered creepy by all the girls, got labeled as a delinquent, etc.

I just want to keep him in the party just to let him know we here for him

Yea, he's a good character, and has arguably the deepest story of all the characters. In terms of gameplay, he is very good up until about the last quarter of the game.
