It's still early so I'll reserve judgement. Right now it seems like exploration and sim games are basically the bulk of games out there.

I will say from demoing VR it seems like something I would play for 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time...I think once the initial experience wear off ppl just aren't impressed. VR just needs a game or program to make ppl stick to it.

If Sony or valve truly believed in VR they would make a full budget AAA game in VR.

They don't even believe in it enough to invest big money into software. They are just trying to cash in on people's enthusiasm at this point.

I told y'all this would flop

I thought they would at least make it 1080P
It's like these companies want them to fail

VR has failed multiple time already. Not sure why folk thought this would be any different.

IMO, even if it fails this time, VR still the future. They gotta keep trying until we can jack into the matrix.

I just hoped they'd be able to do it in our lifetime. :mjcry:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
VR has failed on numerous occasions. You fukkers are too young and dumb to remember.

And this VR isn't exactly cheap, as you'll need nearly 2k worth of equipment to get it up and running . Take ya fanboy glasses off and pay attention.

VR has never failed, this is the first consumer level VR.

Also, it's not 2k worth of equipment when you consider that Samsung has the Gear VR which is entry level. This is literally the infancy of VR, it's going to scale and get cheaper and smaller now that it's finally on the consumer market.

I'm still getting my Vive(second shipment knock on wood) but I don't even look at VR as a new video game platform so to speak. I look at it more like a new entertainment medium, more than just games. Only thing that really kinda scares me is how uncomfortable the headset is. I'm one of the dudes that the slightest bit of un-comfort and I'm fidgeting and shyt.

You might have a problem then. The Vive is the heaviest headset of them all. After and hour or two of play, your neck starts to hurt (you look around so much in VR. Well at least I do. :manny:)

Porn will help it :manny:

I agree with this ^

Can't believe people still falling for the bait and switch in 2016
"next level hardware" without seeing any next level apps/games etc

Nikkas ain't learn from Neo Geo ?

I think VR is awesome ..I've tried one but haven't yet seen anything interesting to use it for outside of 360° immersive porn
