Cause it wasnt there. Rihanna was the bigger international star. Beyonce was marginally bigger stateside I believe. When Britney went down from the ACL (like she a hooper lol) there were no top billed performers. When Rihanna went through the Chris Brown shyt and they tried to end her career for staying with him, Beyonce had just dropped that Sasha Fierce album where she changed her shyt up and went Tina Turner 2.0. Thats where everything changed for her to be who she is now imo.

I could easily believe Beyoncé is a bigger name worldwide than Jordan in 2020, but I don’t know for sure. Point about her fans is still valid.
