That's not a phone thing, that's a youtube thing.
I've owned many androids, I don't remember any of them being able to play youtube videos while youtube is not the active screen.

This is what YouTube does when you leave the app on android.

Minimizes and the video still plays.
I leave it on Apple and it just stops until I come back.

I found the android too sensitive though
I'd play youtube music, put the phone in my pocket and the rubbing against the fabric I guess would close the video or do something

Another thing, idk what happened but I’ve started getting a lot of spam texts the past few weeks. Samsung would block most the shyt automatically and there was an option to report it as spam. I’m not seeing that on the iPhone.
