Breh, did you watch the video? When he asked who shot at the car he said he didn't know. Not a single time did he say the defendant was the one shooting. Unless I missed that part, I was skipping around so it's possible I missed it.

when you get locked up before trial your lawyer can/will/should apply for a motion of discovery it will give you all the evidence the state has against you. thats how you find out who the snitch is you dont just go to the courthouse and get an informants list
