It'll be like the past 12 months. MS will have a good holiday (Forza 6 + Halo + Tomb Raider) and Sony will have the better Spring (Uncharted 4 + Street Fighter V). Of course simple minded fools will be going on this Fall about how Playstation has "no games". Then come Spring, they'll be completely quiet while Uncharted 4 destroys everything and the Xbox has "no games".
I'll tell you though, Xbox is straight lucky Uncharted 4 didn't make it this year. Fall woulda been a wrap.
Yeah, cept that there still be top notch games dropping in the fall/winter months on playstation anyways, yet since M$ came into the scene, it got some of these would be gamers acting ignorant when it comes to Japanese games just cuz they're not as dominant as they 1nce were (if anything, it's just a bit more even now with games coming out from devs all around the world). Meanwhile, one of the best JRPG series in ages and hell, RPGs in general, is dropping this winter in Persona 5, along with a dope ass series sequel in Yakuza 5 as well. But they don't count to these faux patriotic would be gamers cuz they're not made in Merica'.

. Is there even a JRPG in development for the "one" at all, let lone already out?

Serious question. Certainly not any exclusive ones I bet, but if there are, please, I implore someone to state them. Two extremely different styles of them have/are dropping this year EXCLUSIVELY on the PS4 tho, 4 if you count the remake in FFX & X-2.
Top Japanese games still be among the best games period though. Ask Platinum games

. shyt, there's nary a non-Japanese fighting game that's dominant all like that and I like Mortal Kombat X plenty, but it ain't being out Street Fighter or Blazblue, Tekken, Guilty Gear, shall I go one?) Most non-japanese fighting games don't even compare to the real deal, .and who has all of the fighting games, now and impending versus who just got some of them? Exactly. Moving on from Japan dominance, there's also Until Dawn, to which is another genre that I don't hear/see any mention of games on the Xbone. Platformers, LBP3 this year, Ratchet & Clank early next. Where the big time platformers on that other side? I know they had Ori & The Blind Forest, which does look hella dope, but last I check from Xbot stand-ards, mini digital indie style games don't count as major talking points when it comes to games (to which I fill is a false, flawed statement, but that's how the do; and if you were to go there and change sides on that argument, yeah, guess who wins out again) Where all these games at dawg?
