In terms of moving down the field, Locker has been more efficacious than Rodgers. You forget Locker runs too. What's the big deal? Higher QBR doesn't mean Locker is a better throwing QB than Rodgers. It just means he has been more effective all around. It doesn't account for level of competition, weapons, or throw difficulty beyond the basic. Locker has great weapons this season.

Luck's floor is Matt Ryan. I think, and I think most of America believes, Luck's ceiling is in fact A-Rodg, Brady, Brees, Peyton.
