So am I the only one trippin that they're wasting the Shield triple threat on Battleground?

On one hand, I get saving big matches like this for Mania, because it's such a marquee match with history behind it (even though I think it'd be more special if these guys hadn't been feuding or involved with each other since the split).

But on the other hand, I kind've hate the whole save everything for Wrestlemania mindset the WWE has, where almost every big match is saved for then, basically saying nothing matters unless it's at Mania. It's nice to see big matches like these happen occasionally on B shows. Plus they'll milk this to death in time anyway.

Attitude/Ruthless Agg era always had good main events. I'm not tryna go back to Ambrose/Bray Wyatt struggle main events

Just b/c a match is on a Big 4 card doesn't mean it will be better. The results are typically the opposite.

Honestly this Triple Threat should have been saved for SummerSlam and THEN do the draft afterwards makes no sense why they are doing the Draft so soon

I agree that they should hold off but you never know these days with all the injuries and what not. Wwe might just be saying "fukk it, they're all healthy at the moment, can't count on that 8-9 months from now"

Summerslam and Mania don't need help to sell. People are gonna attend and watch regardless. And a triple threat lets everyone stay protected til Summerslam. Rollins will probably eat the pin. Also, they won't do Dean vs Roman because nobody will cheer for Roman over Dean

The Shield triple threat especially for the world title is prolly the Wrestlemania dream match of all dream matches far as this era is concerned. Why waste it on Battleground and why so soon? Why not build a Dean vs Roman rivalry first so it can be a real triple threat instead of them spending most the time jumping Rollins?

Why not Rollins vs Dean with Roman's suspension being the reason he's out? Dean goes over then defends the title vs Brock at SummerSlam after getting squashed by him at Mania.

If they set it for summer fest then we all would of known they'd all be on the same show

This is the type of match you can't repeat. That's why it should of been saved for a big 4
It should of been Roam and seth fighting for the no1 contender at battleground and it ending in a dq
Then the triple threat being Summerslam

They just did reigns vs Rollins twice, then you'd have complaints about them repeating that and making it predictable
I say just enjoy the product and don't put too much thought into wwe

It's for the no.1 contender.. You get the rematch which always happens and build for that triple threat for your 2nd biggest ppv.
You don't waste something like this on a non big 4 ppv breh. You want this on the biggest stage
