How long have you known your penis-having significant other? Some months? You gotta think about it. If she/he didn't even tell you she/he had fathered a kid, she/he's probably not someone you want to be mother to your own children.

If you trust her/him though, stick it out, try being a step father first, then you can think about having your own kids, who will live with you and rely on you a lot more than a stepkid.
