it wont be unique to gaming soon. Youtube is adding a "tip jar" to people who post videos. Girls who post twerk videos boutta eat more than anyone on youtube soon... Basically virtual stripping with your clothes on :snoop:

The League of Legends and World of Warcraft streamers make the most from donations outside of females. Literally hundreds of thousands a year from donations alone. Not counting viewer, youtube(which is a lot) or subscription money.

Someone like Sodapoppin, has like 3000 subscribers. He gets $2.50 per subscriber every month.

He said recently he makes around $300k a year from donations alone. All he does is play World of Warcraft all day :mjlol: if you add up his youtube money, subscription money and viewer money hes probably easily clearing $500k a year(multiple years in a row).

People like him, Reckful, Swifty, etc have bought houses and lived their lives from playing video games. Reckful got around $100k fairly quick in donations (he was late to the streaming party but was youtube e-famous) and flipped it into a house + stocks. He bought I think like $20 or $40,000 worth of SolarCity stock when it was like $5-10 a stock ? or some shyt and now its a $66 a stock... so he pretty much retired from games for the most part.. He bought some other stock that profited as well but cant remember

One rich Saudi Arabian/Dubai kinda guy donated $40,000 to Sodapoppin alone and like $20,000 to Reckful :yeshrug: He donated over $200,000 to his favorite streamers like 2 years ago :yeshrug:

dont get it confused, these are the exceptions.. not the rule..
And here I've been gaming for free :beli:

And here I've been gaming for free :beli:

I mean we talkin very very very few exceptions... most people aint makin much off gaming.

Twitch used to help the cause more by having random streams be on the front page.. but now you need to be partnered.. which is ironic, because its never any new partners on there, just the same few streamers who stream 8-10 hours a day, so twitch isnt really partnering too many new people or getting them exposure.. so its kind of like .. what happens when the current audience gets bored of their current popular streamers? where do they go? Twitch isnt building any new streamers up.. and I think it might hurt them long term. Who knows, maybe im wrong, but so far everything points to me being right. Thats the irony.. You need to be partnered to be on the front page, but to get partnered, you need to get viewers, which twitch no longer helps you get..:mindblown:

What I mean by that is that, you'll see games rotate on the top page a lot because it'll be 1 popular streamer playing say... mario kart.. but when that streamer signs off, so does his audience, because twitch has done NOTHING the past 2 years to advertise new streamers. So the VIEWERS have NO idea some very entertaining people might exist out there. Twitch is basically fukkin themselves over..

A lot of the popular streamers today are only popular because they were there when twitch 1st opened up and brought there small following from wherever they came from and twitch helped build their viewership.. Coupled with a lot of other reasons like years ago spamming forums with "hey check out my stream!" wasnt a bannable offense, it was more of a "lets see what this guy has to offer" cause it was rarer..

but its running out of steam.. quick.. and twitch got no one to blame but themselves. Not saying twitch gonna fold anytime soon, but they need to do something soon (as in business soon, like the next year or two). You can already see the effects of what im talking about already.

example;

World of Warcraft has 10,000 viewers right now (which is actually kind of high for right now)

but when Sodapoppin plays, he has 10,000 viewers... HIMSELF. So World of Warcraft #'s go up to 20,000 viewers. But when Sodapoppin signs off, so does most of his viewers. They not gonna check out the stream with 6 viewers in it.. But twitch used to advertise the little streamers before when twitch was new, and it helped get people shine.

I should rephrase 1 part

I dont think streaming or twitch is running out of steam. They are both more popular than ever and more people are attempting to stream than ever before. But what I mean is that, the few lucky popular streamers right now are getting popular. The people who were getting 10 viewers in april, may and june are still getting 5-10 viewers in July and more than likely will continue to have 5-10 viewers in August. If that makes sense. You really need to use other avenues to help build your viewership up. I used youtube and advertised my twitch on all my youtube videos. No where near successful on twitch, but I did get around 30,000 views on Twitch in 1 month of streaming and thats pretty fukkin good for a non established youtuber/streamer since most people get like 500-5000 views in 1 month of serious streaming

and I think what I stated above is what will end fukkin twitch up if they dont fix it soon

like homie in this thread said earlier...there is literally 0 reason for a woman to be broke if you are attractive in any way. you don't even need to be selling teh puss to be caking nowadays. All these bishes cry about equality, naw they don't want that, cuz then you'd actually have to be good at shyt like this to matter.

The ones I see on Twitch make money, easy. The real legit women gamers, I don't see them doing it as much. The ones I see just bringing in money, aren't really doing anything in the game. The hardhitters are usually playing on another person's stream, rather than their own. I'd say if they were smart they'd do their own stream, even if voice only (everyone doesn't want to put themselves out their like that) since they're being heard as a "regular" on a different streamers channel, anyway..

I've not seen any flashing, just boring non-playing, over-designed channels with music playing in the background.,More power to em.
