The only reason he's above everyone else is because he is booked that way.
All these legit real life bad asses on the roster could stand up against Brock if booked that way. I'm talking Sheamus, Kane, Wyatts, Wade, Big Show, Del Rio, Cesaro, Big E, Mark Henry, Ryback
I'm pretty sure a few of those guys would wash him. He doesn't have to lose to put people over but he doesn't need to be kiling everyone.

Sheamus is a mid level heel now. He doesn't seem to gained any skills to legitimize him as a threat.
Kane: wow just wow, he regressed with age not gotten better.
Wyatts: please stop, In no life could Bray be a threat to Brock. Luke can give him a match because of his in ring ability that's it. The rest are a joke.
Wade: the guy who is an injury away from missing months at a time. Brock would murder him.
Big Show: too old and this isn't 2003 show who was excellent back then.
Cesaro is hurt. Mark Henry too old.

Sheamus is the same size as Brock, and better than him on the mic and in the ring. Booking is his issue.
