I would actually advise against both...But if you had to chose between the two, spending $10 dollars on a pill is more fiscally responsible than spending $5,000 on an article of cloth...

I say if your father did his job you will refrain from both poppin molly and rocking overpriced clothes made by white homos...

:salute:
U wearing jordans breh :usure:

We been pushing overpriced clothin for almost all of hip hop :ohlawd:

Hov jus bringin the emphasis its better to stunt with ya swag then use self destructive drugs at these gatherings :wow:

Hov da gawd :wow:

Rappers wearing jeans, sneakers and baseball hats is acceptable at any age..It's the cultural norm.. No different than a country singer wearing cowboy boots and a gallon hat...He should never get clowned for that....

The problem with KC is he was 37 bragging about being a grown up....And the examples he used to display his maturity all had to do with him spending money on expensive things and not really being "grown"

The whole "your chick shops at the mall" mentality has nothing to do with being mature and everything to do with being in the top 1% of the tax bracket..

There are brothers that are volunteer fireman or school teachers that mentor young men and do other community work that are married to Black women that still shop at the mall..

Are they not "grown men"?

It was his twisted outlook on what it means to be "grown" in the Black community that deservedly got mocked...

He is still doing it in 2013... "I dont pop Molly I rock Tom Ford"...Like my n1gga.. Are those the only two options?

:russ:

He just seems to have a great talent at dumbing down the Black experience to the lowest common denominator...

And as a Jay-Z Stan that respects his art and contributions, I feel I can say this with full clarity and credibility..

:skip:

:heh: Y'all going to kill my vision of Jay-Z man, god damn. Y'all make me hate him more than a Nas Stan these days.

So true :ohlawd:

This is why Jay-Z is the goat rapper,
In where areas 2Pac, NaS and etc failed at, they care too much for the people and tired to
Keep it too real, unlike Jay-Z where he's like fukk all y'all nikkas, I'm going to use and mock y'all while making fun at y'all to get to where I need to go! Hova!

No, he's not. He makes good music so I get the urge by some to want to cape for him if anyone dares criticize him in the slightest, but in the rap game Pusha T is a couple levels above weed carrier status.

If Pusha T isn't successful........ what that make you :patrice:

An average nikka, breh. That said, we're obviously talking about his stature relative to his peers. Do you think Pusha compares himself to messageboard posters or to other rappers?:aicmon:Is Memphis Bleek successful, brehs? I'm a broke nikka but as long as Jay's alive he's a millionaire:wow:

Obarth is my brother from another mother but I gotta agree with this...

Relatively speaking 90% of these mainstream rappers are more successfull then all of us.. I always say that as much as we clown someone like Joe Budden, he still lives in a mansion...

People say Nas is a loser for owing the IRS 6 million...But what that tells me is that he made atleast 12...In a 3 year period...N1ggas dont hate Jay because he's rich and successful...Because if that was the case why dont the same dudes hate Will Smith, Denzel, Mayweather or LeBron...

They just dont fukk with the n1gga period.. And its not a crab in a barrel mentality when n1ggas like him have been out of the "barrel" for decades now...

For every n1gga that hates Drake there are 10 that love Prince and Michael (who were 10 times as successfull)

People always use the crab in the barrel analogy in the wrong context on here...

I love Pusha, breh. But when his album drops and he does Big Sean numbers I'm not going to be surprised. I've fukked with Clipse since Excluzive Audio Footage but I have to keep it 100. He's extremely successful compared to me but in the rap game he's only a couple levels above Cyhi da Prince:skip:

No its right in this context..

Yea those names u have said are succesful in their own way but Jay has been succesful with no hard downfall..so its hard for people to sympathize with him and get behind him

Not to mention he's an arrogant ass mufcka and has been that since day 1 but now people cant seem to get behind that type of arrogance because now Jay is at a place where he is literally the posterboy for this hip hop sht...and its at that stage where people wanna see changes in u and demand unreasonable things from u to in a sense "humanize you"

U gotta understand Jay has been in dis since 96..reached star status 98 and hasnt left that star spotlight since but has kept increasing and gaining and showing really no sign of a downfall

That is when the envy kicks in and people start lookin for underdogs to pull u down cuz they hate the image of a continuous black successor...

Thats why theres millions of videos of conspiracy theories that revolve around Jay and his wifey, thats why u cant go to a youtube video contianing Hov and B without seein a bunch of "illuminati" comments..

Hell jus the other day me an the homies was chillin wit dis white bytch that chilled wit us..and as I was bumpin H.a.m from my phone she wanted to talk that conspiracy bullsht talm bout "Jay is like the leader of the whole thing"

:dead:

It all goes back to how envy works

Kings envoke envy from many...if u dont u simply arent a king..period

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
Thats not my point...

The point im tryna make is that around this time his post retirement..there were screams that sounded like "Jay needs to stop sounding like these young guys and acting like em"

"Jay needs to make more mature music he's too old to be rappin like this"

And many other screams alike that came from the fukkboi crab in a barrell nikkazz

Now Im asking..where are all these mufckaz when we have a 37 year old still rocking cornrows still rappin like he's in the same age bracket as Drake and Kdot?

Heres an even more important question

WHO GIVES A fukk

U cryin about 6 year old Jay hate... what the fukk is wrong with you nikka

*EDIT* And like other nikkas said.... if it was about jealousy then it would be thrown at any successful person... Jay catches flack because he fell the fukk off, period
