In Vince's mind....Charlotte is what a women's champion is supposed to look like. Sasha can tear the house down, get all the pops and fan support she wants but at the end of the day she's a mix breed with pinkish hair that acts like a black chick. Thats why Charlotte got chosen to win and got the Today appearance. Its fukked up, but thats just the reality. If you don't fit the certain a mould, you'll always get push to the side for someone who is...no matter how talented you are.

With the Rock, he was bigger than the title back in 99. That was the END of him ever really needing to be around the belt except for the obvious Face vs Face feud with Austin that would of happened at WM 2000 had Austin never got injured.

There is literally discussion in this thread that Rock was never the top guy because he's half black, because he never got to walk out of WM with the title due to his parentage...directly compared to Sasha not walking out with the title for the same reason.
