The New Day shyt was Vince, Hunter, and Hayes needing people to induct the Freeborn into the Hall of Fame with a built in connection. The New Day is as flamboyant as the Freebirds, and Vince doesn't care about racism as much as he should. He's very racist himself and in that bubble. It doesn't mean that every decision he makes is racist or Blacks wound never get over, but there is a ceiling.

One of us will break it, but you know that attacking people only makes them close ranks. Yes, part of the New Day introduction was a troll job on New Day, but that's what those carnies do. It should have been the surviving Von Erich that inducted the Freebirds. They were in Dallas which is where the Von Erichs and Freebirds had their legendary rivalry. It would have made perfect sense to have it done that way. Can you imagine someone other than Vince inducting Austin in the HOF or Flair inducting Sting? The only thing The New Day and Freebirds have in common is defending the championship with any one of the members.

listen, the WWE is doing this so that they can quarantine sasha's wave. shes clearly the biggest & most over female on the roster, but they don't want her to go down as the face of this era. they want it to be charlotte or whatever other white diva comes along that could get to that level.

we've seen this chit play out so many times in wrestling, ESPECIALLY THE WWE. a prime example would be the rock & steve Austin.

They had her come out on Raw and squash a heel in a minute. They had her at WM come out to Snoop and in Eddie Guerrero gear, doing Eddie tribute spots. She was one half of the only major show to be headlined by women. She was the one who started the walk out. And she's the one they've been telling you since Summerslam is one of the best in the world. It was her first title shot on the main roster. She's fine. She's going to get that title.

Sadly, it seems that Charlotte is "the chosen one". As always, there's nothing we can do about it.

There were 4 Horsewomen....Charlotte was the *least* over of them, but because of her name, she'll be the one that gets pushed to the forefront.

They're basically trying to position Charlotte as "the gal" the same way they are trying to position Roman as "the guy". The only difference is that they were smart enough to turn Charlotte heel early in her push, while they were more stubborn about Reigns. I'm not complaining about that, that's smart booking, and they should have done that with Reigns months ago.

Nevertheless...on Sasha. It's so clear that they've tried to *quietly* kill the buzz she had after NXT Brooklyn. You don't have to take pins or tap-out to be brushed aside. We're so used to seeing them be blunt about it that we sometimes overlook simple things like simply ignoring a hot hand.

And once Bayley moves up, the smarkier types are going to gravitate towards her, and Sasha will move even further down the card.

Sasha will get her Alicia Fox style run or two, but unless the crowd goes legit D-Bry on them, she's not going to be utilized properly.

I just, for the life of me, don't understand what the "wait until Summerslam" people think is so valuable about this extra 3/4 months. Coronation @ WM >>> 4 Extra months of build-up.

I agree with the family affiliation stuff but it's not like she's been given a heavy push because of her last name. She was divas champion for 2 months almost 6 years ago, that's it. I'd say she should be grouped with Tamina more so than Charlotte.

Raw after WM crowds are always borderline retarded. They literally chanted "We are idiots". That whole segment was a train wreck from the start. They weren't interested in what Charlotte had to say or the women in general, they were just chanting shyt to chant at the start. Why Charlotte was giving a big face promo first made no sense. Then when she got serious, they interrupted her again thinking NOW they needed to chant something relevant, then were on to something else by the time she started the heel part of her promo.
