According to The Wrestling Observer, current WWE creative plans call for Charlotte and Natalya to have singles matches for the Womens Title at WWE Payback and WWE Extreme Rules.

The decision was made to hold off on having Sasha Banks challenge Charlotte for the Womens Title until SummerSlam this year, and it’s likely Banks will get the win at this summer’s big PPV. Banks was initially penciled in to win the Womens Title at WrestleMania 32 until the decision was made to include Becky Lynch in the title match.

So Sasha will get her big moment at Summerslam.so because they added Becky to the match Sasha couldn't win. Why would adding Becky affected Sasha from winning

They have turned Paige heel when she was pretty hot. Turning Becky would be kinda stupid to be honest especially with the great story potential she has eventually winning the title as a Babyface, plus one PCB member should remain face. Sasha would be better off heel for storyline reasons.

Becky is not turning heel..she's way too much of like a Sting type of character right now. Noble and does the right thing but her promos are funny and shows tinges of the heel Rebecca that blew up in the beginning.
