So Bear Grylls will now host a show on NBC "Get Out Alive"

Bear Grylls, the hard-charging adventurer host of Discovery's "Man vs. Wild," has climbed Mt. Everest and crossed the North Atlantic in an inflatable boat, but he's now crossing into even more treacherous territory: network TV.

NBC has given the green light to a reality show starring Grylls with the working title "Get Out Alive." The competition show will feature teams of two attempting to survive in the wild.

The network has ordered eight episodes of the series, which is set to debut in prime time next summer.

How do you think it will do

I say it will cancel after 3 or 4 episodes.

I just watched that last night.
Oddly enough, one of the challenges involved drinking your pee.

1. build a small fire, 2. mix your urine with a combination of mud and water. 3. boil the mud and urine combo so that it reaches 90 degrees to kill bacteria and germs . 4. Pour the liquid through a filter so the sand is filtered out. 5. Let the mixture cool down. 6. Drink the whole bottle. This was like a 24 ounce bottle.

The final prize is $500,000 so I can see why it would be worth a go.

Interesting, none of the women were seen drinking their pee. They aren't thirsty... to win the prize.

Why is the Gawd messing with NBC? they will cancel his show with the quickness, even if It's good.

This show was OK.

I cant see drinking that mess on the 1st challenge, but looking at all the other challenges that will be coming up, the show may pick up.

Of course (like any other show), the black people were voted off first.

Edit: This show was MUCH better then the trash that came on after it, Siberia. That show is terrible, and it needs to be cancelled, ASAP.
