True everybody makes mistakes, but certain actions I can't sympathize with.
If he truly had an arguement with his girl, went out and got drunk and went to the wrong door, then yes I can say it's a sad situation not only for the shooter but the young man as well.
But the thing with that is, as you grow older, you should be in control of your emotions and cognizant of your actions. I've had plenty of relationships were I blew up, got drunk but the difference was I took my narrow ass to my moms or boys house to crash.
You don't know who is coming through your door at the "dead" hours and I damn sure not about to throw hands when I got a gun and my girl in the house.
There was a similar case in Houston were a drunk dude was banging on an elderly woman's house, he kicked the door down and she shot him. It's sad all around but coming into somebody's domain and they don't know u

Dude got drunk, BROKE INTO ANOTHER MAN'S APARTMENT, and when the man called out in warning dude said NOTHING. So in defense he was shot and killed.
And yes, you are absolutely fukking right that this is punishable by death. We don't live in a nice world, hell, we don't even live in a good world. We live in a world where women, and children are raped, murdered, kidnapped and sold into modern day slavery. We live in a world where young men are robbed and murdered in broad daylight for $15 dollars. We live in a world where babies are shot in drive by shootings and black teenagers are lynched by police.
And, knowing all of this, you decide to get drunk and burst into someone ELSE'S home
