what does the GM have to do with anything though? they have enough talent on offense to be putting up more points than they have, that's not on the GM... not every team is going to be the Saints where you're loaded with weapons, what Cam has is more than serviceable

What about last year when the Panthers were putting up points and their defense was leakier than a busted pipe? Or this year when their offensive line creates no holes for the running game and puts Cam under pressure constantly? The GM is responsible for putting talent in all phases of the team. They've been losing for YEARS, and he has done a terrible job.

Cam has the talent and intelligence its his 'woe is me attitude' that worries me, I understand putting pressure on yourself but Cam seems to beat himself up too much, which is weird as he appears very confident.

I don't really think he puts it on himself at all, he doesn't seem to be taking a whole lot of accountability with them moping ass post games.

But for real though its at least a start. I dont think the organization has any high hopes for this season anymore. The only person i really feel for is Steve b/c he is only getting older.

Dude has a reason to be frustrated, I dont know another team in the league that keeps their qb in front of the cameras like that knowing the team is struggling that way. He tried hard not to spill the beans on whats wrong there, he absolutely knows what the problem is but stopped just short of saying it, and why do we never see rivera on camera taking responsibility for what's going on?
