The Giants are the only team that was smart/talented enough to rush 4 and get pressure on Brady consistently. Tom Coughlin and crew were the only coaches smart enough to just beat the Patriots by basically plodding the ball down field and making throws with play action with a few deep balls to keep their defense off balance. Eli Manning may look like he's a little slow but he's also a genius in the sense where he's not afraid to rely on his arm and trust his receivers enough to make the play regardless of the defense.
Most teams whether consciously or unconsciously are scared of the Patriots and play not to lose as opposed to trying to win.
