Too often it look like he thinking about what hes doing after the game...I dont think he even likes playing basketball sometimes.
When hes focused on the court he can he a productive player,you see him hitting 3s,making passes and making plays...then you see him on a fast break 3 on 1 tossing a Javale Mcgee pass into the stands...He doesnt stay motivated or focused...thats his achilles heel...
