Chris Brown has been delayed from leaving the Philippines because of a dispute over his contract, the Philippines News Agency (PNA) has claimed.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against Brown following requests from Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), according to the state-run agency.

It said a complaint had been raised by the INC against the singer and his promoter after he allegedly failed to appear at a concert at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, in Manila, on New Year’s Eve.

Brown shared pictures on his Instagram account of his performance in Manila on Tuesday evening.
