yea and it was lame.

Nobody has time to watch music videos and live music events like that. On Demand is where television is at...unless it's special like the Grammy's, Emmy's, Academy Awards, etc.

What I don't understand is why Diddy only marketed and appealed for support from the urban/hip-hop community while claiming the channel was going to be for all types of music and lifestyles. In the lead up to the launch, all the promo and marketing was directing at us and not them...yet the Revolt is supposedly not an an "urban" channel.

That's because it's only on like Time Warner in NYC……like no one has it. It seems like a Time Warner Marketing plan to get people to purchase their service at this point.

About 10 years too late to launch an all-music television channel, especially since you can pretty much find any video you want via Google for the most part
you can't tell some rich people "NO" though. They have a few successes and think everything else will work for them.
