The sleeping on the side or stomach thing worked for me for awhile but now it's like they show up and just run around the room while I'm stuck in paralysis on my side or stomach...Makes it kinda worse cause you can't see what's happening while you can't move and all you hear is a lot of wind and stuff moving.sleep paralysis causes hallucinations, it's something to do with blood pressure to your brain that opens are part of your that you never use which causes it...i used to see a black shadow on the side of me, i would try to move but i couldn't & try to let of a huge scream but couldn't while breathing deeply (kind of like i did a few full on sprints) until i feel back to sleep.
It was happening so often that when it did happen again, i used to just compose myself while it was happening & it didn't last as long, i started to sleep on my side like the doctor said & never happened again
I'm pretty sceptical about ghosts but i feel for whatever paranormal, noise or a what ever a human see's, i think their is a logic reason behind it, thats just me though.
I never thought it was just "dreams" or just chemical reactions in the brain like doctors say and had an experience a few months ago that made me believe their story even less. I was on the couch about to take a nap while watching netflix in the afternoon. I was sitting back and had my arm on a pillow to my side...I was still watching netflix and felt a tug at my arm. I disregarded and then like 5 seconds later I felt it happen a few times in a row. It's happened before and I just rubbed my arm but this time I kept still and just looked at my arm. I watched one single hair on my arm getting pulled up/left/right/towards me and a bunch of different ways. No other hair on my arm was moving and I could literally see the base of the hair like it was being pulled from the arm. After about a minute of watching it, I rubbed my arm and asked them to just not fukk with me while I take a nap. Passed out about 30 minutes later and woke up to sleep paralysis on my side, thought I finally woke up and went to look outside cause I heard something out there. Realized I wasn't awake when the front door lead to a tunnel. I woke up again after seeing the tunnel and went back to the door to check again...This time it was the regular outside but I could hear some screaming and shyt happening so I closed the door. Woke up again, pissed off that I was stuck in a dream within like 3 dreams...I just walked straight through my front door and into the tunnel to find what was fukking with me. Went a long ass ways and walked through another door that lead back into my living room. Saw myself on the couch and then woke up again for the last time.
Sleep really is the doorway to the afterlife and seems like dreams are the training to see how ready you are for it. I curb a lot of the sleep paralysis by telling whatever's hovering around me that I'm gonna fukk it up when I finish this life. They leave for awhile and then some other entity tries their luck later on...They feed on fear and hate it when you call their bluff.

I seen 1 creeping in my cellor one time a black figure type i looked like
then ran outta that bytch faster then lightning
