Lmao No. If you want to go to his hood then yes. But Trel don't run DC like that. You'll probably get farther talking to Yung Gleesh. You can go anywhere in DC that's 1. Not a hood. 2. Government property, without any problems
I've been to many hoods and never had a "pass". What world yall living in? If you ain't trying to take over a nikkas block or be in no dumb hood shyt, then what is there to worry about? I'm not saying just go stroll through a random hood, but mind your business and go straight to ya destination...in most cases you will be fine

A lot of the hoods aren't even there anymore or the nikkas doing work for they hood have left or grew up.
