Site acting crazy again

The coli age is showing. Back when the migration happened most were much younger & ready to start something new. We weren’t taking the bs anymore.

Now a lot are y’all just stuck in your ways & don’t want change. As I said before someone should legit reach out to Brook or whoever owns the site. Give them until the end of next week to at least respond. At that point let’s set a 30day period they can either sell to someone competent or we all bounce to a new site.

30days is plenty for us to coordinate the new location. Establish mods etc

People have reached out to the owners before about buying the site. Nothing materialized.

I don’t disagree, but the initial conversations haven’t gotten far. Even recently brooklynzson posted on Reddit but people said it wasn’t really him.

I've seen some poster say the same thing but if most of the people migrate to the new site, what would be the difference besides a new website? Just curious tbh.

Same as SOHH. A lot of threads, posts and "memories" lost. But time goes on and if this site isn't being maintained what other option is there

I get that part but the same community would remain. It's basically having the same convos and interactions but in a different url. Is the attachment to old threads/posts THAT big?

it’s literally a million threads on this site with a bunch of diff topics so yea..we need to just archive the site

No these folks are just addicted to forums and looking for a way to get off of them. They're using thecoli neing down as an excuse to finally stop posting/lurking since they view it as a "waste of their time"

No I think most people would be fine with migrating for good but I remember when SOHH was hamster status, there were a lot of holdouts so the community was fractured for a bit. But time went on and eventually everyone made the move.

honestly i like the majority of coli brehs i have befriended as a corny and flavorless outsider

i would be sad if the site went down. i love cracking jokes here lol
