Been putting a lot of work in behind the scenes to give the people what they want. We will continue to add more features and tweak current ones to keep improving the forum. But for now…FREE DAPS, REPS AND CITYCOIN FOR THE RELEASE OF DAP CITY 1.0!!!!!!!
Update Notes
1.) New modern Dap City theme with light and dark modes (You can switch to Dap City Theme Lite if you don’t want photo backgrounds for the subforums) Also have Dap City Theme Simple for my stuck in the 90s nikkas. Geocities where?!
2.) Shoutbox has been added to the top of the main page. Must have 50 posts to chat. Spamming will get you banned from using it. (You can hide the shoutbox from displaying if you want to by pressing the minimize button)
3.) Our version of JBO (The Red Light District) is now live.
4.) Positive and Negative Reputation has been added.
5.) User Custom Smilies are back! Upload your own smilies and they will show up in their own “Your smilies” tab when you post!
6.) FEATURED THEADS ARE BACK and your featured thread count is kept in your profile. There is a featured slider at the top of the forum and a separate featured main page. Main page is a work in progress.
7.) LIVE posting is back! No need to refresh pages to see new posts in threads or in direct messages. They pop up automatically!
8.) Verified check mark badge for members that have proven themselves to be black (thread to get verified is here). The check mark badge will show next to your username at all times.
9.) Who’s Viewing is back! You can now see a list of who else is currently viewing the thread you are in at the bottom of the thread.
10.) CityCoin is here! Use CityCoin to place bets in the Sportsbook or participate in custom member vs member wagers! 100k CityCoin to every person who daps this post.
11.) Ability to create Social Groups! Imagine if #LWO or #Dogset could create their own social groups to post discussions that only members of their group could participate in. Pretty much a mini forum for people who share special interests. Each social group can appoint supervisors to approve membership and ban users who get out of line. (I have created a Tennessee Titans social Group here.) #TitanUp
12.) Animated GIFs can now be used as avatars and profile banners.
13.) Custom user styles! Ability to change color, font and font style of your username and user title. Can also add different effects like glow or sparkles. This feature is only for staff members and supporters. (If you don’t want to see a users custom style, you can ignore it by clicking on their name)
14.) Original Poster tag to easily identify the OP of a thread as they continue to post in it (tag will be over OP’s avatar in every subsequent post they make in their own thread).
15.) Posters now have the ability to edit the amount of posts they see per page.
16.) Thread ratings have been added (viewable in threads list and inside of threads)
17.) Ignore threads has been added.
18.) The ability to add gamer tags and social media accounts to your profile has been added. These icons will show up under your avatar.
19.) The top 12 users with the most daps in the past 7 days are now displayed in order on the main page.
20.) “Who Replied?” has been added to threads.
21.) Direct image uploads are back for all posters. Do not upload anything explicit or you will lose the ability to upload or possibly get banned.

I ain't plan on migrating, but DapCity is dope as hell and this board is almost unusable in it's current state.
I always hate leaving sites with years of archives, but this one has clearly been left to rot.
