Site migrations work best when the old site is still functioning. If this site died then it's going to be harder to get people to move over and spread the word. That's why the migration from SOHH worked so well as we could make posts on the old site telling people where to go.
You can tell people now to save the new site as a backup but most people are gonna forget about it when the time comes.

I'm posting the link in the Coli related discords I'm in. Others should do the same.It's really hard to break a decades long habit and break away from so much history. I do think we need protocols for if this shyt happens again.
Everyone should know where to go to get the info/new spot etc. I feel like we were fragmented. Some people on reddit, some on different discord servers, etc. A lot of people didn't even know or find out about the onlybrehs website
We're probably the last generation of people actively posting on forums and these shyts only work if the existing community isn't fragmented.
Maybe we need a sticky in this section with the relevant links to the Reddit sub, the correct Discord server and the Onlybrehs website.
Just my suggestion for the time being

Yeah, it will depend on how much can TheColi hold up. If it stays stable for months, then most people will forget about it unless it's decided that migrating is the best course of action (which is my stance on it at least).
The other scenario is that TheColi continues to crash intermittently (like SOHH was doing in 2012) and everyone gets fed up with it and migration becomes the obvious choice for every user here.
IIRC MelYeah (RIP) was the only one that stayed in SOHH.
