I was just listening to an npr report on the feds funding heroine in the 70s, knowing damn well that American soldiers were getting addicted to it.

Fentanyl isnt funded by the government. On a side note, latinos have been able to buy nice homes in historically black hoods thanks to the money they made from selling nikkas Fentanyl (acting as the plug). Baltimore will be majority latino in 10 years.
