Loving chicken is one of the main stereotypes about blacks. I think it goes way back to the intentional demonization of the black image as thieves (stealing chickens and watermelons)

Jerry rice did a commercial for Popeyes and he wasn't singing or dancing.

In the Migos video they got a chick eating chicken out of a bucket.
