HIV is the first stage breh …. based on the hughes brothers which I doubt they would lie about something like that .. they knew or could tell he was sickly …. I don’t think there’s any conspiracy at all around Eazys death …. Eazy was known to fukk anything raw so sooner or later he was gona catch something….am willing to bet he had hiv for ages and just thought it was a sickness n like us men usually do we usually like “fukk that am not going to the doctors it will go in time “the longer he left it tho obviously that turned into the deadly aids which is a death sentence n then we know the rest …. my guy aids is the death sentence u need to go back to school….Once you have aids you are going to die there is no medicine or anything you can take to keep aids at bay hence what happened to eazy …he had hiv never knew or just thought he was having a sickness episode then it turned into aids once that happened there was no coming back and he died …. HIV isn’t even curable medication keeps it at bay and stable aka magic Johnson for example ….u need to learn stuff before you post stuff ….
He looks a little paler in that picture aswell … could just be the flash from the photo but he seems a little ill looking there …. It’s crazy how there is literally no pictures of eazy from late 1994 until march 95 when he died other than this one … i believe eazy caught hiv sometime in late 93 early 94 I don’t think it turned into full blown aids until like the start of 95 just my opinion….

Hiv transmission is harder to transmit from an infected female to man..
