Silent Hill 2, Astrobot, and Erdtree are neck and neck for me.

Kinda how i feel about my picks, this is the most diverse year of top 5’s for me.
Helldivers 2 - a PVE online shooter
Astro - 3d platformer
Lost Crown - metroidvania
Rebirth - AAA open world JRPG
Stellar blade would be up there also if the story and characters weren’t complete garbage
there wasn’t a second of that game -even on two playthroughs- i didn’t find fun.

Number 1 is Metaphor and two is Rebirth.
From that list for me it’s probably Rebirth, Astro, Metaphor in that order

Wukong is most likely gonna win it but for me, the game of 2024 is Astro Bot.
For what was supposed to be a "dry year" for Sony stans, this year has turned out to be amazing.
Concord is the most important release of the year.
