OK let me rephrase the question

Is the only way u meet women approaching them on the street? U dont know any other way to meet women?

I am not knocking approaching women on the street, I am just surprised u arent meeting them at events, through mutual friends, online, w/e... there are so many other EASIER ways to meet women, especially in NYC where women walking around are on high alert anyway. That seems like the WORST way to meet women

What is considered catcalling? Even if you approach them politely, you can still go to jail for this fugazi ass law.

This is what I'm concerned about....what constitutes "catcalling"?

Is me asking a woman, I've never seen before and not interested in, for the time considered catcalling?
Is me saying that a shirt a woman has on that I find cool in someway (cause it's something I'm interested in)....considered catcalling?
Is me saying "you dropped your purse on the ground behind you" considered catcalling (it could be because the woman could probably say I'm doing this to look at her bending over but...)?

There's too much grey area to this. Seriously, a woman could just be all cranky and shyt, not want to talk to you, declare "verbal rape" or "stare rape" and if you're a black man, you best believe you ain't getting the benefit of the doubt.

Your right women have the right to say no. But it isnt against the law to approach them. Thats the point im making. I made it unrealistic because this law is bullshyt and unrealistic. I'm not a thirst ball and Im taken. And it isn't that far fetched women harass too we just let it slide. It's laughable to file sexual harassment on a woman. I agree with your last point. Im more worried about more black men getting killed and put in jail for saying hi. We need to reestablished what's harassment because the lines are being blurred. At the same time though we def need to address some aspects of street game, because a lot of nikkas go too far with the shyt, to where women are giving their numbers out out of fear of their safety.

That's the reason why I brought it up. I'll admit some dudes go too far. That's why they need to rewrite this shyt. But this law is gonna come with consequences and more unwarranted casualties. Just another reason for us to be targeted.
