Regarding bold its yes and no. If this ever gets past I truly think this will be like jaywalking something that's a law but rarely enforced. How can you be mad at that unless your a victim of it? I don't want freedoms taking away either but I think some of y'all are too noid too unless y'all the cats these girls talking about. I'd love to see a show of online hands from dudes that have actually been told or the actions by a chick that they are street harassing them, making them feel uncomfortable, or anything to that effect.
