I MEANT TO SAY I ADDED 3 POUNDS
OF MUSCLE IN 18 WEEKS.

MY MUSCLE MASS IS ACTUALLY
6% HIGHER AND IVE LOST
11% OF BODYFAT IN THE LAST 19 WEEKS.

  • Lost 50 pounds and went back to my confident weight (wanted to lose weight)
  • Got a Macbook for productivity (trying to go the writer/author route)
  • Let my in-laws shythole (despite being homeless for a month)
  • In the editing process of my book (trying to publish my first book)
Overall, despite how ass the first half of this year was, I am slowly but surely going up despite the few potholes in the way.

Get back into playing basketball. Was tough at first, back pains, knee pain, random muscle tweaks. Took me around 2 months to get back into the groove. Now I can play 2 hours straight twice a week.

Got life insurance finally.
