Agree. There hasn’t been any basis for legal action. Catfishing at best which there are no laws on the book yet. No emotional distress cause she was down with it, no fraud cause he didn’t tell her to spend money such as on the Visa, and no stalking or harassment since the contacts aren’t continual.
