You could make an argument for Miguel, Syd (The Internet,) Mayer Hawthorne, Frank Ocean, Jhené, PND, BJ the Chicago Kid, Kelela and Anderson. Paak, but for my money The Weeknd sit on top in terms of the best new RnB acts of the 2010s.
