Depends on your definition of overrated. Destiny and watch dogs were seen as a mediocre game by many and was given relatively mediocre ratings, I think.
Titanfall on the other hand, was seen as a mediocre game by some yet was given quite good scores. If any game out of the three were overrated, it would be titanfall. All three were overhyped though imo, I personally liked all of them (had watch dogs on PC) but none of those games were classic
