Actually, he did. It was a RAW match I believe where Kevin Nash was the referee. HHH was getting his ass beat pretty much the entire match and eventually he had to low blow Kevin Nash to get a DQ because he just wasn't going to beat Booker otherwise. Of course this led to another match to blow the whole thing off right? Nope, it started that much anticipated HHH/Nash feud that is still talked about to this very day.

That's his go-to, I guess. He gets a needless win over a hot talent, then inserts Nash into the feud and transitions to a feud b/w himself and Nash so the other guy never gets his win back
